 3. By Bus:

 • Take Bus Linea 1 or Linea Lam Blu from the station and get off at Piazza della Repubblica.

 • From there, it’s a 5-minute walk to the apartment.

We understand that travel plans can vary, and while our standard check-in time is at 3:00 PM, we strive to accommodate early arrivals when possible. Early check-ins are subject to availability and must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.

Check-in is available from 15:00 onwards and is facilitated through self-check-in using a personal code, which you will receive the day before your arrival. Check-out is by 10:00 AM.

 4. Registered Guests Only: Only individuals listed in the reservation are allowed on the property. No additional visitors without prior approval.

 5. Quiet Hours: Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

 6. No Food or Drink in Bedrooms: To prevent spills and maintain hygiene, please consume food and beverages only in designated dining areas.

 7. Proper Garbage Disposal: Dispose of trash in the provided bins. Excessive rubbish may incur additional fees.

 8. No Illegal Substances: The use or possession of illegal drugs is strictly forbidden on the property.

 9. Adhere to Check-in and Check-out Times: Check-in is at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late departures may result in additional charges.

 10. Report Damages Immediately: Accidents happen. Please inform us promptly of any damages to the property or its contents.
